Do I have to pay a setup fee?

It depends! Setup fees are dependent upon the phone number type you select. 10-digit long code numbers require a registration fee, while toll-free numbers do not.Industry regulators and mobile carriers require a fee for 10DLC registration. The fee varies depending on the message volume your business intends to send, but ranges from $4 to $44. See the full list of 10DLC fees.

Can I try before I sign up?

Every new Textedly customer gets a free 14-day trial with 50 text messages and one custom keyword.

Do you offer any referral perks?

With Textedly’s affiliate program, you and anyone who signs up via your referral get 5,000 free text messages to your accounts.

Do I pay for incoming text messages?

Incoming messages are completely free.

Do I have to lock into a long-term contract?

No. Pay month-to-month or annually. Accounts with annual payments get 20% more texts per month.

Are there any additional fees?

You can purchase extra texts and keywords at any time — $30 for an additional 500 texts and $10 per additional keyword.Additionally, on each account, you’ll need to pay a monthly Telecom surcharge of $8.

Can I add Teammates to my account?

There’s no limits on the number of Teammates you can have. Add as many as you want. They are $10 per month per to add a Teammate to your account.

Will I receive a unique phone number?

Each Textedly account includes a free Toll-Free phone number and a free 10DLC phone number.

How many characters can I send in a text?

Textedly’s platform lets you send SMS texts with up to 455 characters and MMS messages with up to 1,600 characters.
